All conference attendees need to make their own room reservations. We have secured reduced rates for attendees at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for participants at a reduced rate that will be available through October 6, 2022. The room rate is for single or double occupancy and includes complimentary access to the hotel’s health club and a meeting facility fee.

We are also pleased to announce that we have a limited number of Executive Rooms in Coronado Springs Gran Destino Tower!
