Registration Rates for Learning 2023

  • $1,695.00 USD—Discounted rate for Learning Guild members with the Online Conference Subscription or a Learning Leaders Alliance Membership
  • $1,795.00 USD—Discounted rate for Learning Guild members

Co-located Events

All optional co-located events will be held on Monday, December 4, and include the entire 1-day program, all materials, lunch, and beverage breaks.

Co-located Event Fees:

  • $545.00 USD—When combined with Learning 2023 registration
  • $645.00 USD—Standard rate

Registration Discounts

The following discounts may apply to your registration fee. Best of all, many of these discounts are cumulative: you can combine (1) a standard Learning Guild membership discount, (2) one Early Bird discount, (3) one Organizational discount, and (4) a Group discount for substantial savings.

If you are a Learning Guild member, make sure you are logged in when you register online so our system will calculate your final fee, factoring in your discounts! You can log in at the top of the registration form.

Early Discounts

  • Best Possible Rate Discount: Save $250 on your registration when you register and pay by Friday, June 23, 2023.
  • Super Early Discount: Save $200 on your registration when you register and pay by Friday, August 25, 2023.
  • Early Discount: Save $100 on your registration when you register and pay by Friday, October 13, 2023.

Learning Guild Membership Discounts

Organizational Discounts

Organizational discounts only apply to your Learning Conference registration. To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization’s status and your full-time employment with that organization. Please send an email to service@LearningGuild.com within 24 hours of your online registration.

  • Nonprofit, Government, or Academic Discount — $200 discount if you are employed by any nonprofit, government or military, or accredited academic organization

Student Discount

Current full-time students at any accredited university are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $595. To receive the discounted rate, you MUST validate your registration by providing documentation of your current, full-time, student enrollment status. Please email documentation to service@LearningGuild.com within 24 hours of your online registration.

Group Discount

Group rates for planned groups of 3 or more attendees (from one organization) are available. To set up a group rate, please call Steve Firpo at +1.707.387.1877 or email at sfirpo@LearningGuild.com.

Invoicing Payment Policy

Receiving an invoice for your registration is an available option up to 30 days prior to the event. If you choose to register less than 30 days prior to the event, up to and including onsite event registration, a credit card payment will be required to finalize your registration.

To be invoiced, select the “Invoice Me” payment option, and enter your PO#. If you don’t have a PO#, type in your name in the PO field. Please note that payment must be received prior to discount deadlines for the discount to remain in effect.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All requests to cancel or transfer attendee registrations must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to service@LearningGuild.com. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to December 1, 2023. Please call +1.707.566.8990 to arrange a substitution.

Conference Tickets

For full conference cancellations received prior to close of business on November 15, 2023:

  • A $150.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your request.

For full conference cancellations received November 16, 2023 through December 1, 2023:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
  • Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another event more than once.

For full conference cancellations received after December 1, 2023:

  • No refunds or substitutions will be issued.

Co-located Events

For co-located event cancellations received prior to close of business on November 15, 2023:

  • A $50.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.

For co-located event cancellations received November 16, 2023 through December 1, 2023:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
  • Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another event more than once.

For co-located event cancellations received after December 1, 2023:

  • No refunds or substitutions will be issued.

Face-to-Face Event Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event Learning 2023 is unable to take place as a face-to-face event, it will be conducted as the Expanded Learning 2023 Online Experience. Your registration will be applied to that event (no refunds will be given), with the following additional benefits:

  • You will have access to the expanded Learning Online Experience, an online event consisting of sessions and experiences that will be produced live or recorded, all of which you will also have access to on demand at your own convenience.
  • Your co-located event registrations (if applicable) will be rolled into next year’s Learning, or any Learning Guild conference in 2024 (fully transferable).

COVID-19 Code of Conduct Policy

The Learning Guild will, along with our partners, prioritize the health and safety of all attendees as we build the Learning 2023 experience. Should it be necessary to put certain protocols in place for attendees to enhance the safety for all, these requirements will be communicated on the Learning 2023 website and via email to all registered attendees in advance of the event.

Everyone registering for Learning 2023 does so on their own accord and based on their own personal determination of what they consider safe. With your completed registration you agree to assume all responsibility for your health as it relates to COVID-19 and to indemnify and hold harmless The Learning Guild and CSM Learning LLC for same.

IMPORTANT: Your registration for Learning 2023 assumes you agree to adhere to any and all requirements we put in place to ensure the safest environment for all attendees. Anyone who refuses to adhere to these requirements will not be permitted to participate in Learning 2023 activities.
