Tracks: Leadership

“What got you here won’t get you there.” No words could be more true for learning leaders. Stepping forward either as more influential in your domain or in terms of role and responsibility takes more than knowledge of learning, technologies, and design.

Join this panel discussion as we explore proven approaches your L&D leadership peers are taking to move up and drive organizational decisions around learning and performance. Our panelists are prepared to share their stories, tips, and lessons learned as they worked to elevate their careers and the learning function in their organizations.
