Mike Vaughan is focused on disrupting learning with an entirely new way of experiencing learning – though simulations, the most effective way to improve skills, confidence, and mindsets. For the past 20 years, he has focused on the science of learning.  He introduced one of the first learning management systems in the mid-90s, quickly followed by the creation of an new innovative LMS for rapid eLearning course.  He co-founded The Regis Company in 2003, launching one of the first simulation platforms for enterprise learning. Mike holds degrees in cognitive neuroscience and computer science. He’s also a TEDx speaker and author of The Thinking Effect.
