Tracks: Strategies
Not too long ago, differences between learning departments and human resources were clearly delineated: Learning handled training content; HR dealt with the people. But lately, the line between learning departments and human resources has sometimes become blurred. How did we get here, and what does it mean for the future of learning leadership, L&D teams, and HR?
In this panel discussion, join Frank Nguyen as he hosts a conversation with learning leaders who will share their insights, reflections, predictions, and all their thoughts on the evolving relationship between learning and HR.
In this session, you will learn:
- How the relationship between L&D and HR has changed
- Why L&D and HR need to work together
- The impact of a positive relationship between L&D and HR
- What the relationship between L&D and HR could look like moving forward
