Tracks: Practices
The future can seem far off or knocking on the door; the latter can be particularly true in the rapidly changing world work and business. How do you discriminate what trend or technology is truly going to disrupt from those that will dissipate? Where can you turn to be properly positioned to ride the next wave and ensure your L&D solutions are meeting the needs of the business and learners?
In this panel discussion, we turn to experts who have navigated change and are working to position themselves and their organizational learning to embrace what’s next. Listen and learn as we explore what’s on the horizon in how work gets done, examine technology changes, and ponder what how learning leaders can plan to support it all.
