903 Skill- and Role-Based Learning: From Inception to Delivery

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM ET
Thursday, December 7

We were tasked with creating learning paths to help our technical employees advance their skills in areas relevant to their job function. Join us as we share the lessons we learned in our journey to map, organize, curate, develop, and deliver hundreds of unique learning paths in less than a year.

This session will highlight the challenges we faced and adjustments we had to make throughout our process. We’ll discuss and share best practices for mapping and organizing the elements of a learning path, working with SMEs, choosing the best method for delivering and tracking, and promoting the finished product.

In this session you will learn:

  • The keys to organizing an effective learning path
  • How to get the most out of your interactions with SMEs
  • What to consider when choosing a delivery method for your learning
  • Ways to market your learning that will build excitement and acceptance
