Christopher Adams

Christopher Adams is a consultant and designer with over 25 years’ experience helping learning professionals focus on business results. He frequently writes and speaks on the topic of performance consulting, and has facilitated sessions at regional and international conferences for organizations including ATD, Training Magazine, and the Learning Guild. Chris co-authored the 2019 TD@Work: Focus First on Results. Chris holds a doctorate in instructional design and technology from Old Dominion University and has been personally endorsed by Jim and Dana Robinson, authors of the book Performance Consulting, to carry forward their work of building strategic capability in talent teams.

Iuliia Algasova

Iuliia Algasova’s professional journey began as an English and Spanish language tutor in her first year of university. After three years, she became a language trainer at IQ Consultancy company, where she planned and delivered lessons, prepared teaching materials, and helped students improve their language skills. Simultaneously, she worked part-time as a content writer at Livingston Research, honing her skills in producing well-researched content and collaborating with a writing team.

After finishing her master’s degree she joined EPAM as a language instructor, developing goal-oriented courses for IT specialists and assessing students in IELTS format. After one year on the job, she started creating customized ESL courses for IT specialists, which deepened her enthusiasm for instructional design and led her to a senior content specialist role in the Content Design Center department. She progressed through the roles of lead content specialist and associate manager to her current position as the head of the Content Design Center. Overall, her professional journey gave her great experience in managing instructional designers, overseeing learning content development, and creating departmental strategies.

Jess Almlie

Jess Almlie is a learning strategist with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. She began her work in facilitation, design, and leadership roles, and more recently served as a vice president of learning experience in the benefits division of WEX. Jess holds an MS in educational leadership, a BA in organizational communication, and a certificate in improving human performance from ATD. She volunteers as a tutor for adult English language learners and as an ATD National Advisor for Chapters. Jess is also a member of the Talent Development Think Tank, a group of worldwide talent development thought leaders.

Susanne Ambros is head of relations at QualityMinds, as well as team lead of the QualityLearning Team. Applying agile principles to learning in her role of an Agile Learning Coach has become a real passion for her. Before joining QualityMinds, Susanne co-founded a company specializing in learning operations in 2002. As part of the management team, Susanne successfully developed sustainable learning support businesses for large national and international corporations until 2017. She studied to become a teacher with geography and economics as her main subjects and still teaches business management at the Chamber of Commerce in Munich, Germany.
