Amber Boyd, learning & performance manager for Nationwide Insurance, specializes in using human performance methodologies to increase an organization’s efficiency by aligning processes and procedures with strategic goals and influences individual contributors and C-D suite leaders to perform at their optimal level of competency. Amber earned her BA in women’s studies from The Ohio State University, and an MS in instructional design and learning technology from Franklin University.
