Over the past 16 years Derek Croad has been an educator and instructional designer and has taught at all levels and worked for numerous corporations and universities. Derek has helped manage learning and teams while creating
learning environments and online courses. Derek’s goals have always been student- and learner-focused, emphasizing what we can do as educators and IDs to ensure the students have the best learning environment and support for their learning initiatives.
