Diane Williams

HR Director, Talent Engagement


Diane Williams is the Human Resources Director of Talent Engagement for ICE, a Fortune 500 company that designs, builds, and operates digital networks to connect people to opportunity. With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Diane is responsible for developing and managing several company initiatives including employee learning and leadership development; diversity, equity, and inclusion; the summer intern program; the mentor program; and the Women in IT program. Diane also facilitates many of ICE’s training initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion for Leaders, FranklinCovey’s Unconscious Bias, 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team and Speed of Trust, and John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership. As an active representative of ICE in the community, Diane serves on the Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum (JWLF) Board as president and on the CareerSource Northeast Florida Board. Diane’s leadership and expertise have transformed ICE’s employee programs, linking talent engagement and development to business strategy.
