Erika Coleman

Erika Coleman is the founder and CEO of Virtual Crown. Her background is in corporate learning, nonprofit administration, and learning philosophy. Beginning in 2013, she set her sights on tackling the virtual learning experience. During the pandemic, she was able to test the impact of her operational philosophies through exceptional production support and through her own facilitation and design. All in all, Erika believes in operational excellence. The kind of excellence that centers on fostering human connections at the intersection of story building and relevant technology, thus creating impactful learning experiences.
