Fred Baker is a designer at heart. He’s most comfortable designing strategic initiatives or untangling complex processes into streamlined workflows. He has brought order to chaos in a series of projects including establishing hybrid teaching, implementing a large-scale data analytics platform, and clarifying course quality certification processes. Since 2010 he has been practicing and teaching instructional design, and currently offers consulting on project management and instructional design. Fred holds a doctorate degree in instructional design & development, and certifications ROI Analysis (CRP) and Project Management (PMP & PMI-ACP), among others.
