Ingeborg Kroese

Dr. Ingeborg Kroese is an international business leader, with 15 years experience in commercial roles at P&G and PepsiCo. Since 2006, Ingeborg has developed and facilitated learning programs worldwide. Having lived in Pakistan, UAE, UK, Austria, and the Netherlands, Ingeborg has personally experienced the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The goal of her academic research is to fill the knowledge gap on gender equity in training and development. The ground-breaking results enable training organizers and clients to ensure their training is equitable and inclusive. Ingeborg’s research has been awarded and published in prestige academic journals and national newspapers.
