Jason holds certification as an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, in Culture Change, Situational Leadership II Training for Trainers, and is a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional — Bronze Level. He has delivered D&I and leadership training for Fortune 100 companies, federal government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
