Jill Carter is the director of leadership and organizational development for Intermountain Healthcare. Jill has been with Intermountain Healthcare for five years. Prior to Intermountain Healthcare, Jill was the director of human resources for Dominion Energy, a natural gas-focused energy company. Jill has over 40 years of experience in most every aspect of human resources. She has a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah. She is certified as an SPHR in the HR industry.
