John Morlan has 20 years of insurance, safety, and risk management experience. He began his career with ISO, a large data analytics and risk assessment firm. After consulting for 13 years, he worked for several organizations, improving their safety programs and saving them millions in insurance. Now, John is focused on launching an insuretech startup, which automates the creation of effective safety and risk control programs with the goal of improving small business insurance rates. He is an avid proponent of microlearning and the impact it can have on safety.
