K.C. Williams

K.C. Williams had a 20-year career in higher education as professor, museum curator, and faculty chair, among other roles. She was the inaugural director of the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning at NW Florida State College, later serving as campus lead for strategy and innovation. Since joining Anthology, K.C. has led teams of content creators, instructional designers, and strategists collaborating to build and maintain Anthology Academy. Adult learning, human performance technology, and supporting faculty and staff development are her areas of interest.
