Kathleen Waid has over 20 years of experience in the learning and talent platform development industry. She is responsible for managing the service delivery, design, and implementation for custom, cloud-based learning and compliance web application platforms at Educe Group. She serves companies of all sizes, from Silicon Valley start-ups to Fortune 500 banking and audit firms. Prior to joining Educe, Kathleen held roles at Conduent, Expertus, Accenture, and Ernst & Young. She holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and advertising from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in information technology and education from George Washington University.
