Kay Meredith is the senior manager of learning design and development at YMCA of the USA. An impact-focused leader with more than 15 years in adult learning, she’s passionate about creating learning solutions for the modern learner that leverage the learning ecosystem. At YMCA of the USA, Kay helps lead the creation and management of learning programs for staff and volunteers across the country in the areas of equity, leadership, youth development, and healthy living. Kay holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Fisk University and a master’s in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.
