Marcella Roberts

Marcella Roberts currently works in sales enablement, where she has owned the process of optimizing content management systems and building a new learning program from the ground up. Prior to joining the corporate L&D world in 2022, she spent over a decade designing and delivering learning content in higher education. She is also completing a master’s degree in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University, which helps to fulfill her continuous passion for expanding her knowledge of performance improvement and learning design.
