Maribeth Pearson is a senior learning and development specialist, with 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has spent the last six years combining knowledge attained in retail banking with her skills in L&D. Over this time Maribeth has gained her CTDP (Certified Learning and Development Professional) and is currently completing her master’s of education. Maribeth’s strengths include producing, facilitating, and collaborating to create instructional design that suits today’s diverse workforce.
