Pam Severs

During her 27 years as a Disney cast member, Pam Severs has had a wide variety of experiences in operations and well as leading many facets of the training organization for the Disney Parks & Resorts. Pam’s recent focus has leveraged her strong background in onboarding, training content design methodology, and supporting large scale training strategies to lead an effort to transform Disney training experiences.
