Her background is a mix of domestic and international practice, having lived and worked in the US, Italy, and Kuwait. Her domain knowledge spans borders as well, having held roles in education, tourism/hospitality, customer service, energy, and transportation. Her expertise is in leadership development, talent management, and curriculum strategy. Currently, she works as the learning & talent specialist at US Venture in a hybrid environment, driving the organization’s leadership development programming, enacting performance management initiatives, and building the corporate learning and talent strategy.
