Rich Baker

Rich Baker is the Sr. Enterprise LMS Administrator for ICE, a Fortune 500 company that designs, builds, and operates digital networks to connect people to opportunity. With more than 25 years of learning experience, Rich focuses on ensuring every employee has the opportunity to grow their career through education opportunities. Rich is the founding chair of the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion employee roundtable. Rich also is known as the go-to individual on many of ICE’s training initiatives, such as Office 365 training, the Guru program, and support of the leadership programs. As an active representative of ICE in the community, Rich serves on organizational committees for JASMYN, which focuses on LGBTQ+ youth in the Jacksonville community.
