Lead Retrieval Form

Lead Retrieval

At Learning 2023, we use an encrypted lead retrieval system to protect the security of each participant’s privacy. We follow compliance protocols, so each participant can choose to share their badge’s QR code to scan, or not. Most attendees readily participate, enabling you to follow up and provide details about your products/services. Note that third party scanning systems will not work, so sign up for your complimentary scanner today!

Complimentary Scanners

As part of your sponsorship package, you are eligible to receive a complimentary scanner for use at the event. All sponsors receive one (1) complimentary scanner and Premium Sponsors receive two (2) complimentary scanners. Sponsors must complete a mandatory Scanner Agreement form with our third party provider ATS. To ensure on-site availability, this form should be completed in advance by November 3.

Additional Scanners

To have additional scanners on hand for multiple staff coverage sponsors may rent additional scanners at their own expense. Pricing and options are listed on the ATS Lead Retrieval Form. Note that the pricing for additional units goes up on November 3, so be sure to order early. Additional scanners are subject to availability on-site, so be sure to request yours in advance. Picking up your Scanner on-site

Each sponsor must pick up their own scanner. Scanners may be picked up on-site at the registration desk.

Returning Your Scanner

Sponsors must return all scanners to the on-site registration area on Wednesday, December 6 between 5:00pm-6:00pm. Late return is not available. Do not leave your scanner in your kiosk or session. Scanners that are not returned by the sponsor between 5:00pm-6:00pm are subject to replacement fees/fines from ATS directly.

Important to Note: List Scam Warning

There are nefarious enterprises that occasionally attempt to market “attendee” databases from events held across the nation. Learning 2023 adheres strictly to privacy compliance standards and does not engage in the sale or dissemination of our attendee registries to any parties. Should you receive contact from such fraudulent entities, we strongly advise refraining from responding, as they are known to exploit responders’ information for unethical purposes.

If you are interested in further promoting your company to attendees at any time for Learning 2023 be sure to sign up for an ATS Lead Scanner or contact Anthony Licata (alicata@learningguild.com) for additional promotional opportunities.
