Sponsor Registration

To help you navigate the registration process smoothly, we have summarized important information below. Step-by-step instructions for accessing your complimentary registrations will be sent to you via email by October 31. How many full conference passes does my company receive?

• Your sponsorship includes 4 full registrations for your co-presenters, your staff, and/or your special guests. 

When does registration open?

• Registration will begin November 1, 2023.
• We recommend registering your team members or guests only once you are certain of their attendance. Changes cannot be made online. 

When does registration close?

• Online registration is available until November 28, 2023.
• Once online registration closes, all additions & changes should be managed on-site at the registration desk or by reaching out to Aubrey Maxwell at amaxwell@learningguild.com.

How does my company register?

• Once you receive your unique code included in the instruction email, you can register your staff and guests online here.
• You, your staff, and guests will share your company’s unique registration code (provided via email by October 31). Keep in mind that you are limited to 4 complimentary registrations.
• When registering, each guest must use a unique and accurate email address to receive an email containing a QR code for badge pickup, and to access the conference mobile app.

How can my company make changes to our registrations?

• If you need to make any changes on or before November 28 to registrations, including cancellations or substitutions, please reach out to Aubrey Maxwell at amaxwell@learningguild.com. After this date, all changes must be made at on-site registration.

How does someone from my team register for a pre-conference workshop or for an additional paid full conference pass?

• If someone from your company would like to register for a pre-conference activity or you would like to purchase additional discounted full conference passes beyond the 4 complimentary, please reach out to Aubrey Maxwell at amaxwell@learningguild.comfor details.
