Conference Badges

Please wear your conference badge at all times. Conference badges are required for admission to all sessions, lunches, and event activities.

Dress Code

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket, because it can get cool in the evenings as well as in the session rooms. 

Evaluations
All session and conference evaluation feedback will be collected exclusively via the mobile app. The evaluation form is short and takes less than two minutes to complete. Your opinions are important to us, as it helps us shape the future of our events. Please take a few moments to complete the evaluation for each session you attend, and be sure to complete the Overall Evaluation before you leave the conference.

Evening Receptions

Join your fellow conference participants at the Networking Reception, and explore the Innovation Gallery at the same time. The reception is a perfect opportunity for you to grab a drink and a bite to eat, and then meet some of the important sponsors. It will also be a great time to meet other conference participants and the conference speakers!

Wednesday, December 6, 4:00p – 5:00p

Join your colleagues and take one final look through the Innovation Gallery at the Innovation Gallery Closing Reception. This is your chance to meet with sponsors, speakers, and other attendees, while getting one last look at the Innovation Gallery.

Learning Experiences
Make sure to add Learning Experiences to your agenda! Each day offers a variety of engaging Experiences to enrich your participation. From buttons to add to your badge lanyard and coloring walls, to speed networking, morning walks, and so much more!
Lost and Found

Please return any found articles to either the conference registration desk or the hotel’s registration desk.

Meals and Beverage Breaks

Breakfast: Breakfast is provided on Monday for those attending the Co-Located Event, and Tuesday through Thursday as part of your conference fee. A menu for each day can be found in the mobile app.

Morning and afternoon breaks: Break times are listed in the schedule. Specific details regarding breaks can be found on the menu posted in the conference app.

Lunch: Lunch is provided on Monday for those attending the Co-Located Event, and Tuesday and Wednesday as part of your conference fee. A menu for each day can be found in the mobile app.

Dinner: Dinner is not provided, but there is a wide range of dining options close to the hotel. Check in with the hotel concierge for your options!

Mobile Devices

Tweet, blog, and text about the event (see the Social Media section below for tags), but as a courtesy to other attendees and the presenters, please silence all mobile devices during the sessions. If you must take or make a phone call, please leave the session room.

Networking with Other Event Participants

Participants will have many opportunities, both formal and informal, to network with other event participants at the reception, during meals and breaks, and during evening receptions, to name just a few examples.

We suggest that you bring a generous supply of business cards.

A Night at Disney

On Wednesday, December 6, Learning 2023 will be heading to Walt Disney World’s EPCOT for an evening of fun and networking. Cap off the evening with EPCOT’s nighttime spectacular with sights and sounds of the famous light show. We will be providing all Learning 2023 participants with park passes.

Transportation from Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace to EPCOT will be provided.  Please note that Learning 2023 is providing participants’ park admission; any food purchases are at participants’ own expense.

Optional Co-Located Event
The Optional Co-Located Event is held on Monday, December 4, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. A separate paid registration is required to attend.
