801 Build an Effective Learning Strategy: 5 Key Components

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET
Wednesday, December 6

Are you struggling to define your learning solution strategy or clearly cast your vision for it? Does it seem like there is so much to your strategy, you don’t know where to start when articulating it, much less documenting it?

You’ll need a solid framework that will help you clearly define how your work is aligned to organizational goals, identify areas for strategy improvement, and areas where your team shines. This session will help you develop an effective learning strategy that positively impacts your organization’s overall performance.

The key components of the learning strategy are strategic planning, learning structures, quality, operations, and communications. We’ll delve into each of these components and provide practical guidance on how to implement them. We will explore data sources to help shape your development roadmaps and identify what learning structures your organization uses and how they support the organizational goals. We will then provide insights to create an equity-centered quality assurance program and examine the processes and procedures that support the implementation and delivery of the learning program. Finally, we will discuss how to create a communication strategy that promotes the learning program.

In this session you will learn how to:

  • Create a comprehensive learning strategy
  • Identify gaps in your current strategy
  • Identify and celebrate the strengths of your current strategy
