This session will walk you through creating a strategic communications plan and marketing assets for a training program that encourages accountability and inspires learning. In this session, learning leaders will gain the tools they need to improve training program communications, resulting in increased engagement and participation from learners.

You will learn how to create a strategic communications plan, effective marketing assets, and training materials that inspire learners to become lifelong learners. The session will also explore different tools and techniques that can be used as part of your communication strategy.

We’ll walk through a case study that shows how we apply these skills to our learning programs—along with the results. We will discuss how you can apply this method to your own programs, and you will leave with an action plan you can apply right away.
