106 Putting the Behaviors of Learning Leadership into Practice

9:45 AM - 10:45 AM ET
Tuesday, December 5

Learning leadership isn’t about the title that appears on your business card, or where you appear in your organization’s org chart. It’s also not about traits that people do or do not have. Leadership is about the choices we make, and the behaviors and actions we take based on those choices.

During this session, explore specific behaviors that form the foundation of learning leadership. We’ll examine what these behaviors look like in practice and how they help others view you as a leader in your organization. Attend this session and gain resources to help you build and apply these behaviors in your work.
