Andres Tencio

Andres Tencio is a learning experience designer with five years of experience in the field. Prior to joining Amazon he had the pleasure to work with Microsoft, where he started as an instructional designer but later was promoted to instructional design manager where he managed a team. His career in L&D began when he worked at Bridgestone Tires as graphic designer. A year ago, he obtained a certification from Benito Juarez University in instructional design and eLearning project management.
