Erica Edwards is a learning and development professional with a passion for performance improvement and leadership development. She enjoys helping leaders at all levels become the best version of themselves, both professionally and personally. She leads with an empathetic, people-first mindset while following a systematic and systemic approach to closing performance gaps to help organizations achieve their goals. Using her education obtaining a master of science in organizational performance and workplace learning and five-plus years of experience as an instructional designer, she seeks to apply evidence-based practices and frameworks to provide repeatable and measurable outcomes and solutions for sustainable growth. In addition to instructional design, she is experienced within the areas of project management, interpersonal and leadership development, and conducting program evaluations.
