Logan Gregory

Logan Gregory completed her undergrad at the U of SC with a sport and entertainment management degree and business administration minor. She completed three sports business internships during undergrad and accepted a position at USA Rugby following graduation. In her role, she supported the event operations and delivery for all National Team matches, including matches at Soldier Field in Chicago, RFK Stadium in Washington D.C., and the Rugby World Cup 7s at AT&T Park in San Francisco, an event with 100,000 spectators over three days.

She left USA Rugby for an event manager position in the athletic department at Wake Forest University shortly before the pandemic. During that time, she finalized her decision to go back to school to complete her MBA to aid in a career pivot. While completing her MBA, she worked as an HR intern at a local hospital. As part of a three-person HR team, she was broadly exposed to many HR and training functions. She began at Shaw Industries Group in 2021 as an HR intern at a manufacturing plant. Following her internship, she was asked to stay at Shaw as a corporate training contractor. Upon graduating with her MBA, she accepted her current learning systems and data strategist role.
