Macaire Ament O’Connell

Macaire Ament O’Connell is a lifelong learner who’s been bopping around L&D for her entire professional life. She fell in love with the learning space as a marketer, exhibiting at the industry’s most prominent tradeshows with Bluewater, a consulting and services firm. Over the last seven years, Macaire has spent time in marketing, operations, and consulting and services around several prominent learning management systems, and has presented at a Learning Guild online event. Like many folks who enjoy solving problems, Macaire has at times been an ‘accidental admin’ as well as an ‘accidental instructional designer,’ but she has always been an intentional and voracious learner.
