Nia Hamilton is an instructional designer with seven years’ experience in delivering custom-tailored learning solutions for global and domestic audiences. Throughout her career, she has catered to the unique educational needs of Fortune 500 CEOs and Harvard professionals alike by delivering high-quality and engaging courses and trainings, both online and in-person. She uses a variety of modalities, and goes above and beyond by crafting fun, thought-provoking, and transformative experiences with character. Her experiences with language (Japanese and Mandarin) and intercultural communication have allowed her to empathize deeply with learners and adapt to a wide variety of learning contexts, and her goal is to build empathy and prioritize human centered design in her work.
