Raiza Paras

Raiza Paras is a geeky, introverted instructional designer with a passion for creating spaces where stakeholders can put forward their doubts and issues and learners can gain confidence in skills and knowledge. With over nine years of experience in L&D and a diverse background—from growing up in Kuwait to graduating from De La Salle University Manila in the Philippines, and finally working in the United Arab Emirates—Raiza aspires to elevate the training industry one genuine interaction at a time. Her current role as a freelance instructional designer for the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi, is to bring alive the strengths and expertise of the organization through microlearning content, blended learning approaches, and strategic partnerships.
