After earning an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering and masters degree in engineering management from Purdue University, Victoria West dove head-first into the world of learning and development. She brings a fresh perspective to training and education by applying an engineering mindset and a sense of joy and whimsy to every course and training program she creates. As the director of training development at Heartland Food Products Group, Victoria brings that same enthusiasm in developing her team and the culture of learning we strive for across the organization.
