Hotel Discount Deadline.  All sponsors are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations. Book with the hotel and receiving our special group rate (subject to availability).

Last day for sponsors to submit advance registration/badge requests. After this date all changes or additions must be handled at on-site registration.

Innovation Gallery Sponsor Access. Sponsors gain entry 1 hour prior to attendee access at 11:00am. Storage is limited. Please note: the Gallery opens at 12:00pm to attendees.

5:00-6:00pm Sponsors remove items from Kiosk & return Lead Retrieval Scanners to the registration desk.  Ensure on-time returns! Sponsors will be responsible for covering replacement costs in case of loss, misplacement at their designated kiosk, or failure to return the Lead Device within the specified return period.

Sponsors Remove Any Remaining Items from Kiosk – 8:00am-9:00am. Please make sure all promotional and personal items are removed prior to 9:00am Thursday. Any remaining items will be considered abandoned and discarded at your cost.
